Payment must be made in Australian Dollars and the following payment methods are acceptable:
- Credit Cards – Mastercard and VISA cards are accepted. Credit card payments will appear as ‘International Conferences and Events (ICE) Aust.’
- Cheques – please make payable to ‘ALIA Access 2010 Conference’

Please note: Payment for Early Bird registrations MUST be received via email or fax by 5.00pm or post-marked on or before Wednesday 7 July 2010. After Wednesday 7 July 2010, the early bird rate expires and the standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Delegates with outstanding amounts at the time of the Conference will be required to settle their account upon collecting their registration or provide a credit card guarantee for payment to be made within 14 days post conference.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd:

Registration cancellations received up to Monday 2 August 2010 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 3 August 2010 and Monday 16 August 2010 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 16 August 2010.
As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative. Transfers will be accepted until Tuesday 17 August 2010. From Wednesday 18 August 2010, all amendments including transfers will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior to the conference will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
