Sponsorship & Exhibition

The ALIA Access 2010 Conference will attract over 500 professionals from almost all sectors of the library industry. The Conference program has been specifically designed to have a multi-sector focus and will include streams from public, health, specials, TAFE, and new generation professionals.

Who will attend?

Delegates will range from new graduates to senior library managers across the Asia-Pacific region. As this is the only ALIA Conference in 2010, library professionals will see this as a crucial event within the industry calendar and use it as an opportunity to foster the professional interests, aspirations and give them and their staff an opportunity to exchange and create knowledge and ideas that will move our industry forwards.

Sponsorship benefits

Sponsorship is an ideal way to prominently position your organisation as a key player in the area of library and information services and to increase the recognition of your brand to this sector. The sponsorship packages have been designed to offer a range of opportunities so that you can select the package that best suits your organisation’s marketing objectives. The Organising Committee is committed to working with you to develop a package which delivers maximum benefit and exposure for you at ALIA Access 2010. Sponsorship packages are negotiable and we would be happy to discuss your specific requirements and where possible, tailor a package to suit your needs.

Multi-conference packages

The Australian Library and Information Association has the opportunity to offer discounts to organisations with diverse business interests to sponsor and/or exhibit at more than one ALIA conference. This provides a unique opportunity for organisations to access and engage with multiple sectors across the library profession for a fraction of the cost. Should you be interested in sponsorship/exhibition opportunities for a number of ALIA events;
  • ALIA Access 2010
  • ALIA Information Online Conference and Exhibition 2011
  • ALIA National Library and Information Technicians Conference 2011
  • All of ALIA’s conferences in 2011 and 2012
Available Packages

Lanyard, Notepads and Pens, and T-shirt Sponsorship along with all Exhibition Stands at ALIA Access 2010 are now sold out! However, there are many other fantastic opportunities for you to access your target market at the conference including;
  • Ultimate Access Sponsor – THE sponsorship package of 2010! This value-for-money package allows you significant recognition and access to your target market in the lead up and during ALIA Access 2010.

  • Website Sponsor – have your brand represented on the conference website. The only place to receive updated information on the conference means that delegates visit this site multiple times in the lead up and after the event. Other benefits include advertisements and conference registrations.

  • Access Lounge VIP Pass - an opportunity for vendors, especially small and emerging vendors, to engage with the profession in a relaxed VIP area. This area, accessible by invitation only, will feature a business lounge and tea and coffee facilities; making it an ideal way to meet one-on-one with attending delegates
