The Adelaide Convention Centre and Exhibition Hall is one of Australia's most comprehensive meeting and exhibition complexes offering superbly flexible, functional and technically purpose-built facilities. The Plenary Hall may seat 3500 people in theatre-style during the day while in the evening, this area is transformed into a banquet room in which 1800 guests can enjoy five-star dining.

The Centre is located in the heart of Adelaide, surrounded by superior hotel facilities, the city's premier theatre complex, casino, restaurants, art gallery, libraries, universities and the central city shopping area... all within walking distance of each other. Convention CentreThe Centre's international facilities comprise the Plenary Hall surrounded by eleven meeting rooms which are ideal for breakaway sessions and workshops. There is a well-appointed VIP Room with fully-serviced bar and lounge available for guest speakers and visiting dignitaries.

The Adelaide Convention Centre's attention to detail and versatility in dealing with the needs of conference attendees ensured that in 1996 some 300 000 visitors to Adelaide were catered for.
