Member Rate
To qualify for the member rate, you must be a current financial member of ALIA or LIANZA. ALIA institutional members in categories C1 to C3 are eligible to submit only one registration and C4 or above may submit up to three delegates at the member’s rate. Please ensure you include your membership number on your registration form.
Not yet an ALIA member? Joining ALIA as a member for 2011-2012 entitles you to register for the ALIA Biennial 2012 Conference at ALIA member rates. Joining is easy - click here for details.

Super Early Bird Registration
To receive the Super Early Bird rate you must be a member of ALIA and register and pay by Thursday 22 December 2011. This rate is only available online.
Early Bird Registration
To receive the Early Bird rate you must register and pay by Wednesday 28 March 2012.
The deadline for all registrations is Tuesday 26 June 2012.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd:

Registration cancellations received up to Thursday 7 June 2012 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Friday 8 June 2012 and Tuesday 26 June 2012 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 27 June 2012.
As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative. Transfers will be accepted until Tuesday 26 June 2012. After Tuesday 26 June 2012, all amendments including transfers will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior, will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and / or a risk to others.
Registrations received by International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd.
DISCLAIMER
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.
LIABILITY/INSURANCE
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
