General InformationBrisbaneWith our population of 1.6 million Brisbane is the third largest Australian city. Brisbane - beautiful one day perfect the next - is an ideal location for an international conference. Famous for its perfect subtropical climate, Brisbane is best enjoyed outdoors. It is only a 4 minute walk to the central business district, museums, art gallery, restaurants and cafes, the state library and the Queen St Mall.

Conference Registration DeskOn arrival at the conference, please go to the registration desk located in the main foyer on level 5 of the hotel.

Personal Mail & DeliveriesPersonal mail and deliveries should be sent to your accomodation address. ParkingParking is available at the Holiday Inn at the rate of $7 per night for guests staying inhouse, and $15 per day for conference delegates. Please note the rate is only available Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm. Additional parking is located in the transit centre located adjacent to the conference venue. Travel InsuranceThe conference organisers recommend that all delegates purchase travel insurance including cover for non-refundable registration fees. VisasPlease note that visas may be required to enter Australia. PLease consult your travel agent or nearest Australian Embassy. Alternatively, visit the Australian Government Department of Immigration website for up to date information WeatherBrisbane is beautiful one day and perfect the next.
