12th ALIA National Library Technicians Conference Exhibition...Exhibition detailsThe exhibition will be open from midday Tuesday 9 September and conclude on Friday afternoon 12 September 2003. To maximise exhibitor contact with delegates, all teas and lunches will be in the exhibition area. A professional exhibition contractor will be provided to construct the built booths and assist with modifications. They will provide help and advice for any special requests. Exhibition package detailsBuilt booth ($1950)A limit of twenty-five single booths (3m x 1.8m) is planned in the display area and whilst regrettably we may not be able to accommodate all intending exhibitors, our aim is to have adequate space for catering and delegates in the exhibition area. Other informationMaximum of two additional representatives may be registered at a subsidised cost of $400 each. All other additional representatives will be required to register at the full conference rate. Stands will be allocated to exhibitors in the order booking forms (accompanied with deposits) are received with major sponsors receiving first priority of choice of stands. A floor plan will be made available at a later date. Allocation of all stands will be made from 10 July 2003 onwards. A feature of this conference is to welcome trade representatives and invite them to attend all industry functions. We believe all industry functions will be memorable events and will present each exhibitor a unique opportunity to fraternize with their industry colleagues. Further exhibition and accommodation details will be sent in a full 'Exhibitor Kit' approximately three months prior to the conference. Conditions of payment for exhibitorsA minimum deposit of 50 per cent of the total exhibition fee must accompany your booking. All outstanding balances must be received by 9 July 2003. Should payment not be received by the due date, the Organising Committee will release the assigned space and any deposits paid will be forfeited.

An administration fee of 25 per cent of the contracted price is retained should the cancellation be up to three months prior to the event and 100 per cent of the contracted price should cancellation be less than three months prior to the event. If your selected package is resold, then a cancellation fee of 25 per cent applies. The information contained in this prospectus is correct at the time of publication.
