Tuesday 9 September Brisbane walkabouts 10:00am-12:00pm

Start your networking early in this fun guided walk about Brisbane incorporating the CBD, river foreshores of Southbank Parklands and City Botanic Gardens and Riverside Place. You will be required to indicate your attendance as numbers may be limited. Please tick the correct box on the Registration Form. There is no charge for this activity. Please meet in the Sheraton Foyer at 9.45am sharp. BYO hat and sunscreen.

Tuesday 9 September Welcome reception

Ann Street Lobby, Sheraton Brisbane Hotel and Towers, 6:00pm-7:30pm

A welcome reception will be held in conjunction with registration and the launch of the trade exhibition. Come along and greet old friends and meet new ones. A beverage package including beer, wine and softdrinks will be provided as well as canapes. The cost is inclusive with Full Registration and partners and friends/colleagues are welcome to attend at an additional cost of $45 per person.

Wednesday 10 September Kookaburra Queen river lights dinner and cruise
Eagle Street Pier, Brisbane City, 7:00pm-10:00pm

An informal night for you to relax and enjoy the wonderful city lights of Brisbane along the meandering Brisbane River, while catching up with friends from afar. Includes a sumptuous 3 course hot and cold buffet, live entertainment and dancing (beverages are not included in cost). Boarding begins at 7:00pm and returns at 10:00pm. Tickets cost $52 per person and can be purchased via the registration form. Guests are asked to please make their own way to Eagle Street Pier.

Thursday 11 September Conference dinner
Grand Ballroom, Sheraton Brisbane Hotel and Towers, 7:00pm-11:00pm

A grand affair is planned for this evening so don your party clothes and your dancing shoes for a memorable night.

Enjoy the festivities as well as the awards with Trevor McCann from Raeco as your host for the evening. A delicious 3 course meal awaits you including beer, wine, bubbles and softdrinks. Tickets cost $90 per person and can be purchased via the registration form.

Friday 12 September Farewell drinks

Poolside, Sheraton Brisbane Hotel and Towers, 5:00pm-6:00pm

Bid farewell to your friends and colleagues and the 12th national conference. Thanks and congratulations to the 2003 organising committee and good luck to the next committee! Includes nibblies and beer, wine and softdrink. Inclusive in the full registration fee with partners and non-registered friends/colleagues welcome to attend at an additional cost of $25 per person.

Post conference tours

Saturday 13 September Mount Tamborine, winery and harbour town shopping 8:30am-6:00pm

This tour takes in the magic of Mount Tamborine including a Gallery walk, craft shops and restaurants. There is the opportunity to sample wine from the local vineyard before taking advantage of the shopping bargains at harbour town - Australia's first factory outlet shopping centre. Tour includes pick up and drop off from your Brisbane City Hotel and morning tea. Tickets cost $70 for adults and $40 for children and can be purchased via the registration form.

Sunday 14 September Moreton Bay whalewatching 8:00am-4:30pm

Be picked up from your hotel and transported to the Redcliffe Jetty where you will begin the 'Ultimate whalewatching experience on Moreton Bay'. Cruise includes morning/afternoon tea and a boxed lunch as well as expert commentary throughout the day by captain Kerry Lopez, the only female captain skippering a whalewatch vessel in the South Pacific Rim. Make sure you bring your sunscreen, hat and of course your cameras! A fully licensed snack bar and souvenir counter is also on board. Tickets cost $130 for adults and $80 for children and can be purchased via the registration form.
