Free
Life Coaching Package Results
"Life coaching for achievers. It's your choice."
|
|
The
chosen applicant for the free life coaching package with Life
and Career Coach
Geraldine Barkworth is Mylee Joseph,
Outreach Services Manager, Willoughby Shire Council.
Eight
applicants were shortlisted and received a 75 minute trial
life coaching session over the telephone to determine the
most suitable to receive the free life coaching package. They
were:
·
Penny McGinty, Document
Delivery Assistant, Queensland University of Technology
· Natasha De Guiseppe,
Librarian, Brisbane City Council
· Roz Howland, Regional Librarian,
National Native Title Tribunal, Sydney
· Rachael Browning, Librarian,
BHP Billiton Roadshow, State Library QLD
· Patricia Ellard, Researcher,
Booz Allen Hamilton, Sydney
· Emma-Jane Peart,
New Grad, QLD
· Jill Baker, Librarian,
Australian Council for Educational Research, VIC
· Mylee Joseph,
Outreach Services Manager, Willoughby Shire Council, NSW
Approximately
20% of ALIA New Librarian Symposium delegates chose to throw
their hats in the ring and put in an application for the free
Life Coaching Package. This particular package is valued at
$780. It involves Mylee working with Geraldine over the telephone
every week for 1 hour for 3 months to achieve her inspiring
3 primary and 7 secondary goals.
The
decision whom to shortlist and offer trials was very difficult
as all applicants demonstrated worthwhile goals and issues
they felt ready to turn from dreams into concrete reality.
In the end, only one applicant could be chosen to receive
the free package. All applications and life coaching sessions
are treated with the strictest confidence and with respect
to your privacy.
Further
information about goal setting and Geraldine Barkworth's approach
to life coaching is available at http://www.oneumbrella.com.au/newsletters/toucan/toucan_v2n4.html
If
you want to get serious about your New Years Resolution 2003
or just find out
what the buzz is around life coaching, why don't you schedule
a free trial life coaching session? Please contact Geraldine
at: vision@norex.com.au
or phone 02-6685 1917
and choose to make a difference to your life today.

| Why
the "Bright and Funky" theme? |
| One of the
inspirations for this symposium was the paper presented by Pellizzer
& Kenneally (see below). Their definition of a Bright
and Funky Librarian is:
Bright:
Intelligent
Sense of Humour
Thinking
Lateral Problem Solver
Funky:
Good Self Esteem
Risk Taker
Generous of Spirit
Positive
So ....
are you a Bright and Funky Librarian ???
