Just graduated? Looking for work?

Here is a great opportunity – an innovative Resume Review programme!
Recommended particularly for new graduates,
available to everyone attending the NLS2006 conference.

During the conference you’ll have the chance to have your resume reviewed and critiqued by one of a panel of managers from leading library job agencies and academic, public and special libraries. You will be able to have a half an hour discussion with one of these senior people from the profession and the opportunity to receive feedback on your resume and recent job application letters. You may also discuss how best to present potential employers your personal strengths and how to deal with any weaknesses. If you’ve got a job application and/or interview coming up this is a great opportunity to enhance your resume and your job seeking skills!

The Resume Review programmes at the previous NLS conference have been a great success with comments like these from participants:

If you would like to participate in the Resume Review programme you must contact the Review Coordinator in advance (on-site registration for the Resume Review will not be available).
