Symposium Secretariat Accommodation Bookings

Please note: Credit card details are required to secure your accommodation booking and may be charged if you need to cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival. Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests however accommodation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

Rates are in Australian Dollars.

Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the conference dates please email the Conference Secretariat advising of the check-in and check-out dates, hotel and room type you require. The Registration Manager will then make the booking on your behalf.

If you book your accommodation through the symposium website please be aware that the credit card details given only secure your booking. No prepayment has been made unless otherwise arranged with International Conferences & Events Ltd.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations within 30 days of guest arrival date, a non-arrival fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will apply. This will be charged to the delegate’s credit card.
