Hotels

Adelaide has many hotels within easy walking distance of the Convention Centre.

Accommodation has been block booked at the hotels listed below, but booking must be made through the Conference Secretariat. Please state your arrival and departure dates and enclose one night's accommodation payment with your registration. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and you are responsible for paying the balance on departure. The deposit will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the specified date. Please note that the hotel will provide you at the the end of your stay with a tax invoice for the total amount payable, including any deposit forwarded to the Secretariat to guarantee the booking. Please note that all rates quoted include GST.

If you wish to reserve your accommodation by credit card, please give details in section 6 of the registration form. Your hotel will debit your credit card once you check in or if you fail to arrive on the nominated check in date.

Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Friday 25th July 2003. No accommodation bookings will be accepted by the Secretariat after this date but can still be made direct with the hotels (subject ot room availability). All hotels are located either adjacent to or within easy walking distance of the Adelaide Convention Centre - shuttle transfers will not be provided.

Getting there

Adelaide's airport is a short bus or taxi ride from the city centre (about 30 minutes). A taxi fare between the Adelaide Airport and the Convention Centre is approximately $15 - $20. Skylink operates a bus transfer service from the airport ot major hotels in the city for a cost of $12 return trip or $7 one way. Parking is available at the Convention Centre and Festival Centre carparks
